| At present,with the emergence of the global energy crisis and the progress of science and technology,energy saving and environmental protection of emerging energies and their application products become the inevitable choice.The National Strategic Planning Recommendations also clearly put forward to promote low-carbon cycle development and energy revolution.Air energy water heater industry ushered in a new development opportunity.In this paper,K Air Energy Water Heater Company(hereinafter referred to as K Company)is taken as a research object.As a young new energy company,K Company’s original strategic management research foundation is relatively weak,it is difficult to differentiate in the competitive market.Therefore,how to manage this new strategic management mode through differentiated strategy,quickly meet the enterprise’s demand for strategic management,and rapidly improve the strategic management level of the enterprise,and formulate specific measures for the company’s strategic development direction and implementation consist of the purpose of this study.Based on the analysis of the strategic analysis theory and the related theoretical methods,this paper analyzes the general environment faced by the company,together with the current situation of the company,including the political environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment.On account of the analysis of the macro environment,this paper analyzes the competitive environment of the industry development by using Porter’s five-force analysis model,and analyzes the five aspects: competitors,substitutes,suppliers’ bargaining power,buyer’s bargaining power and potential entrants.At the same time,the internal environment of the company’s development is also analyzed from the aspects of human resources,financial capacity,production capacity and marketing capabilities etc.,so that the management of K company could have a clear understanding of their company.Based on the above analysis,SWOT model is used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,list all kinds of strategic combinations,and analyzes the strategies.Based on the analysis,SO strategy is the most suitable development strategy for K Company.In the last part of this dissertation,specific measures are come up with to enhance the overall competitiveness of K Company,which cover brand-building,technology innovation,service system,human resources management and strategic assessment.In this way,hopefully a good foundation couldbe laid for the further development of K Company. |
