The rapid development in science and technology, new products and technology changing era, the market environment has undergone tremendous changes. Market competition has been gradually from the competition between enterprises shift to the supply chain and supply chain competition. In the supply chain, inventory has been at the core of the operation, the total cost of the supply chain is generally accounted for more than 30%, to manage the supply chain inventory to be the key to business success of each node, the contents of this study have practical significance.In this paper, combined with the author in the D supply chain management company for six months of internship experience, the use of management science, economics, operations research and other methods , the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, study and analysis the inventory management strategy in different product phases, then provide an improved inventory management strategy in product sustain phase and end of life phase. Finally made use of simulation to improve policy and strategy for improved effectiveness analysis.Improved sustain phase strategy after adding inventory management strategies lead to different regions of different considerations, uncertainty adjusted impact on demand, so that the new algorithm to better inventory management in line with the needs of all regions of the world, also makes various regions of the inventory levels more reasonable. Improved end of life strategy to join the newsboy inventory management strategies application of the model, and try and supply chain contract to bring the final volume up better meet the actual needs and according to business strategy, profit maximization and seek a balance between the level of service. Research on the electronics manufacturing supply chain management has practical significance.
