The significance that performance management play role in organization Management has been recognized in the world, which not only performance management has an importance in realizing organization strategy, but also it has realistic significance in promoting employee-self development and bringing organization competition. The investigation of performance management has been developed. As a system, performance management is composed by a series of management segments including performance plan, performance execution, performance evaluation, performance feedback, utilization of evaluation-results, etc., establishing performance management system involves making option of the purpose of it and analyzing arrangement & process of performance management etc.The treatise depicts the states of performance management of HJ logistics company and analyzes its problems by applying relevant theories roundly and systematically, and gives investigation on how to execute valid performance management for HJ company. In the investigation, SWOT analysis tool is applied to define the strategy of HJ logistics company which just is in the periods of transformation, Balanced Score Card (BSC) and Key Performance Indication(KPI) are linked to disassemble the strategic target by hierarchy of layer. In order to realize the HJ company strategy, institutional framework be rectified and endued responsibility & obligation, KPI evaluating form is designed, etc., which make up of whole performance management system of HJ logistics company. The author hope the treatise would be beneficial to ameliorate performance management for state logistics company.
