Research On The Project Management Objectives Responsibility System Of State-owned Municipal Construction Enterprise

Nowadays, in the fast development urbanization stages, local governments devote major effort to develop the civil municipal construction in our country. On state-owned municipal construction enterprise speaking, it means opportunities and challenges. How to learn and use advanced method of management in the meanwhile display own superiority enhance competitiveness, is affect the enterprise sustainable development . Project management objectives responsibility system is the scientific useful method in domestic engineering construction.This paper points out the positive role and realistic significance of project management objectives responsibility system in municipal construction projects. Through the project management and the MBO theory, this paper expounds the stimulation of employee and the superiority of municipal engineering project management process. Secondly by the introduction of the company , we point out the problem existing in previous engineering project management, expound the positive significance in the objectives responsibility system of project management process. Then by the examples of a bridge engineering project in the company , we introduce the process of the project management objectives responsibility system and realize the specific content to the goal . Finally through the operation analysis of the project management objectives responsibility system in the past two years, we make sure that it achieved good results in single project and get positive role to the whole company management aspects.
