Research On Innovation Of The Middle State-owned Manufacturing Enterprise With Project Management Theory

In face of the coming of new technology wave and increasingly fierceglobalization competition, the middle-sized state-owned manufacturing enterpriseshave to transfer and upgrade on the base of enterprise innovation to survive anddevelop healthily in the severe environment change. There are many issues whichneed to be solved urgently about the innovation in the medium-sized state-ownedmanufacturing enterprises; the research on enterprise innovation based on the projectmanagement can improve the level of the enterprise innovation and management aswell as improve the benefit and efficiency.Firstly, based on the research of characteristics and status of enterprises, thisthesis summarizes the current theory and research results using literature analysismethods, and obtains relevant materials via interviews and questionnaires. Byadopting methods including key factor analysis and hierarchical analysis, this thesisconducts qualitative and quantitative analysis on the existence and innovation statusof enterprises, and therefore identifies their major existing problems. Secondly, wepropose corresponding solutions and strategies of the above-mentioned problems,including increasing investment in innovation resources and integration, establishing astrategy-oriented ecological intelligent enterprise system, and so on.Based on the system and enterprise management theory, this thesis introduces aconceptual model of an intelligent enterprise system for general middle-sizedstate-owned manufacturing enterprises, and clarifies that the intelligent enterprisesystem is the base and safeguard of enterprise innovation; Based on the projectmanagement and theory, we researched the innovation system in enterprises, proposeda six-dimension model of enterprise innovation, studied and investigated thedefinition, characterization and management of the innovation project by usingmodern project management theories and methods and researched the constitution andrunning chart of the enterprise innovation system based on project management,explored the constitution, content, functions and mechanism of the enterpriseinnovation system at the same time. Based on project management and theories, theauthor does researches on the innovative project system of enterprises, and alsoproposes and studies the structure diagram and the operation of enterprises’ innovativeproject system. This thesis focuses on improving the procedures and contents of theenterprises’ innovative project system, as well as their key tools and methods.Particularly, the study and employment of index system of innovation projectevaluation and selection matrix of project approval can shed lights on the selectionand approval of enterprise innovation projects, and plays as a model example.By using the research result of the intelligent enterprise system, enterpriseinnovation system and enterprise innovation project system based on projectmanagement, we verify the correctness and the practicality of the theory, and the flowpaths, documents and methods used in the verification may have revelatory effects onthe innovation and the project management of other enterprises.
