The Research Of Objective Optimization On Engineering Project

With the development of technique of engineering management and multi-objective Optimization(MO), more and more multi-objective technique is used on the management on engineering project. There are lots of defects about classic algorithms which have been used in MO field when dealing with complicated problems. Nowadays with the development and application of intelligence algorithm in science and experiment, the application of intelligence algorithm is a hot research point in dealing with MO problems.It is certain theoretical and practical significance which the project is the objectives, and close to the ideal. It helps improve project management level in the decision-making, extensive optimization theory, and then project can be efficiently run in the process.In this paper, modern scientific and rational system of project objective was built on the complexity of modern engineering construction and project management, the hierarchy and the relationship of objectives were analysis, a reasonable priority was determined to build multi-objective optimization model. The optimal solution could evaluate through the intelligent optimization algorithm for the effective implementation.The main contents were researched as follows:(1) The analysis about the objective hierarchy of construction project. It established objective system and manifestation by philosophy, system and technology based on the relation for management of objective.(2) The analysis of preference order about construction project. This text describes different forms of multi-objectives, analyses preference orders based on different stages, project participants and different type of projects.(3) The research of interaction relations among three objectives in project.it carried on analysis on the balance among the three objectives.(4) The model between goals in engineering project. Relationship between the function of objective factors was analysis, and constructed function between objective elements to multi-objective optimization model basis.(5) The multiple-objective optimization algorithm in construction project. The Social Cognitive Optimization (SCO) method is employed to conduct multiple objective project optimization.Optimization of the project objectives aimed at the characteristics of modern on scientific development as guidance for the effective implementation evaluation. The ultimate goal of making optimal project could improve the effectiveness of a certain project real value. On the actual reality of the project it played a guiding role in the management, and to provide a reference.
