A Study Of Municipal Project Management Of Tianjin

Municipal projects related to people's livelihood, it provide the necessary services and conditions for people's daily life and economic development. This requires the help of scientific management methods and project management for public works projects to strict, scientific, rational management, quality and quantity to ensure the project can be completed on time, specifically, the construction enterprises in the construction process to adopt a scientific methods and advanced technology, to ensure project quality standards in the premise, it is necessary to protect the construction schedule, reduce costs, but also to prevent risks, to achieve zero accident rate, to ensure construction safety.In this study, the theoretical approach of previous research projects and summary, trying to find a set of public works for the implementation of project management methods, combined with construction projects in progress, quality, cost, safety and other factors, to achieve project management, scientific decision-making , continuous quality improvement projects to enhance the economic benefits. Also, from the progress, quality, cost, safety analysis of the four aspects of the status quo, municipal projects, both in theory and practice to make specific control measures to improve the municipal engineering project management system. Finally, the image of the city public works, urban traffic, urban spatial structure has a significant impact, or the end of the project need to be evaluated to determine whether the investment is expected to reach the target, project or plan is reasonable and effective; determine the project's main efficiency indicators are achieved; through analysis and evaluation to identify the reasons for success or failure, lessons learned; through timely and effective feedback for making recommendations for future projects, but also for the implementation of the project being evaluated operations problems recommendations for improvement, which to improve investment benefits. This paper is structured in the first chapter is the introduction, description of the background and significance, given the purpose of this study. The second chapter is the basis of relevant theory and literature, first in the first quarter of the project are outlined in Section II of the project management theory, and introduced elements of project management, project management knowledge and the development process and so on. The third chapter is the Tianjin Municipal Engineering Project Management Analysis, this chapter first analyzes the status of project management, combined with the practical, from the municipal project progress, quality, cost, safety analysis of the four aspects of municipal project management issues and the status quo. The fourth chapter research of the Tianjin metro project management control measures, according to Tianjin metro project to the analysis of the current situation, unifies the related theory and practice, this paper analyzes on the schedule, quality and cost and risk four aspects existing problems, the author puts forward some control measures. The fifth Chapter is the conclusion, summarize the main elements of the study and future research prospects.
