The product's quality means the lifeblood and the root of an enterprise It decides the cycle time and the occupy percent in the market of the product. It is the root which an enterprise goes from strength to strength that how to meet the custom's quality with the lowest cost. If an enterprise wants to be the winner in the keen competition, the only solution is keep perfecting itself, promoting the competition and improving the quality of the product. To go along with the development of science, the product's quality is needed to be higher and higher and recognized deeper and deeper by people day by day. More and more companies pay much attention to importing the modern management mode in order to promote the quality of the product and service. As an innovative quality management mode, 6sigma becomes the primary way in improving quality of the product and service, promoting the comprehensive level and competition after be used successfully in GE, Motorola, etc. Now, the 6sigma is also popularized as the quality management target in some large-sized and medium-sized companies that run the forefront in the quality management in our country.This paper describes the main productions and problems of our company, narrates the basic theory of 6Sgima and process capability. The 6 sigma basic theory and working flow of DMAIC are used to study, analysis, improve the process capability of our company productions. Based on the date accumulation and statistic analysis, we find out the main factors of the process capability that influences the one-pass-percent of the production. Used the Minitab analytical software and some corrective tools e.g., process capability, MAC, two-sample, DOE, etc. Effective ways to solve the problems are worked out by contrastive analysis of process capacity to key parameters. Product quality, custom satisfied degree and economic profits are all improved afterwards. It also supplies the design decision basis in the same production of our company. In the end, the challenges that met in the process of carrying out for 6Sgima are brought up which provide references for enterprises to improve production quality.
