| With rapid development of new technology,competition among companies has become fiercer.Especially for the 3C manufacturing industry.the major manufacturers are inevitably faced with challenges of product cost and supply chain,and in order to survive and increase market share,these enterprises should not only continue to improve operation efficiency and reduce costs,but also ensure high product quality.Six Sigma management approach was invented to improve competitiveness.With Motorola,GE s successful implementation of this approach,it has drawn worldwide attention.This paper first summarizes the current development of Six Sigma methods in China and abroad,and expounds the basic theory of Six Sigma and DMAIC.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper focus on Six Sigma Method Applied Research in the improvement project of TZ,which is a RH component supplier for A.The entire yield improvement project steps are as follows.Identify the main causes→find solutions→implement the improvement program→standardize this process to complete the entire project.With the help of statistical software Minitab,the data analysis involves analysis of Systems measurements,variance and experimental designation.After the implementation of the solution,there has been a substantial increase in product yield,bringing significant economic benefits.The project has been a success.So that suppliers TZ has realized necessity of the Six Sigma to improve the project. |
