Research On Construction Project Management Of Guangzhou CRH Maintenance Base

With the rapid development of China's economy, for solving the"bottleneck"restricts, China increases the input for railroading in recent years. By means of the digestive absorption and innovation, China's high-speed railroad technology takes the enormous break though. Especially by the construction of Beijing-Tianjin inter–city railway, there are a series of great technology innovation on fixed facility, move equipment, system integration, train control, operation management, environment protection, etc., and form the high-speed railroad technology standard system with Chinese characteristics, and provide the powerful technology support for Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway.Guangzhou power car base is one of the China's four motor train unit service base, and take the repairing and maintaining responsibility of motor train in southern of China and Pearl River Delta, covering the Beijing-Guangzhou railway (part),Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link,Guangzhou-Zhuhai inter-city railway and coastal fast channel. Recently, there are 56 vehicle storage tracks,and have ability of 250 train's repairing, and can provide grade 1 and 2 repairing forCRH series train, temporary repairing and stock, Grade 3,4 and 5 repairing for CRH1,compatible grade 3 repairing for CRH2.Because power car base's contraction appears in recent two years, and also the first time in China, there are many such and such problem, which cause construction unit and equipment vender's project managers meet unprecedented challenge. This article is just for solving several key problems in equipment vender's project management. The main research includes the following two aspects.1. By the analysis and comparison for the versatility and deepness of task faced by onsite project department, for remedy the ability shortage of common stuff, for set up impeccable project ability, to demonstrate and implement reasonable organizational structure, and extend the cooperation with other support department.2. By the analysis of project control measure's current situation, to demonstrate how to do better projects on schedule, quality and safety in motor train service base, and emphasize expound the key factors.The target is to make the organic bond between project management theory and equipment vender's project management, to setup impeccable railway repairing base project management organization and optimum operation, and reach the effective management.
