For the Constructing Enterprises, the kernel is to manage the projects well. As thedevelopment of economy, project management is increasingly developing in the direction oflarge-scale, centralization. Besides, in multi-project conditions, many problems in projectmanagement and enterprise management have arisen. Enterprises have to deal with the problemof Inter-functional conflicts, multi projects grouping and the allocation of each resource. As iswell-known, the organizational structure is of critical importance to the enterprise management.Therefore, to construct a rational organizational management pattern is vital to the highefficiency and the long-term development of an enterprise.In recent years, much research has been done by many specialists and scholars in the fieldsof multi-project management, most of which is about the resource allocation and the optimizationof schedule. Few studies, still superficial, are made on the organizational structure inmulti-project situations. Based on the previous studies, a new organization management pattern isbuilt in this paper for the construction enterprises in multi-project conditions. The questionnairesurvey and the minimum area radar chart are the main methods in the paper.The research achievement is as follows:(1)This paper gives a comprehensive introduction about the connotation of multi-projectmanagement.(2)After the analysis of the problems of organizational structure for construction enterprisesin the circumstances of multi-project, this paper constructs a new organization managementmode based on MPOP&Process Orientation. As the core modules, MPOP, Process Orientationand the information technology platform are introduced in detail.(3)Based on the OPM3model studied by PMI, a three-dimensional model of organizationmaturity for construction enterprises is founded. Also, each maturity level and key process area isdiscussed.(4)Through the literature review, a set of organization management evaluation index systemfor the construction enterprises in multi-project conditions is summarized. Then the questionnairesurvey is conducted. After the validity analysis and the reliability analysis, the method ofminimum area radar chart is used to calculate the organization maturity of constructionenterprises based on MPOP&process Orientation, which verifies the extension of the model.
