Himin Solar Energy Corporation LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Himin shares) is a large well-established private enterprise in new energy fields. Since 1996,it has established in the solar-thermal industries to operate for 15 years, and it has been ten years in an industry bellwether status. Though the enterprises of China face the good and evil industry environment, it has always kept fast growth. Along with the attitude of Chinese government to new energy solar-thermal industry, many local solar company send force gradually, the gap between enterprises is in the shrinking of bibcock, and Himin shares in a vulnerable position.
