With the gradually establishment of a socialist market economy, multinational company has increased their investment in China because of opening of the market and attractive low-cost of man power. It's a good opportunity for the multinational company, while there is a critical concern that the high turn-over rate is now encountered for almost all the multinational companies. Science and technology are primary productive forces and the 21st century is the new era of competition of knowledge, human resource is the key to survival and development of strategic resources. Competitiveness of enterprises is finally competition of talent, the development of enterprises depends on loyalty of employee. The business survival and development, and the possibility of establishing their own core competitive advantage depends on the ability of the business to attract, develop and retain key personnel. The loss of employees, in particular, excellent staff, loss of key employees will bring great negative effect on business.This article is aim to provide some proposal & suggestion of how to reduce the high turn-over rate based on own personal experience in current company, with the detailed root cause analysis (:1) to provide attractive compensation&benifits system; (2) to strengthen corporate culture building; (3) strategic management of human resources; (4) focus on career development. The purpose is align company growing with employee personal career development plan through establishment of reliable system in line with the characteristics of the company while respecting the employees, the enterprise development goals, to improve staff quality and skills and work to achieve personal values, but also sustainable development to meet the needs of enterprise, to a certain extent, help the company retain talent, attract talent, develop talent.
