Study On Harmonious Development Of Civil Ariports In Hebei Province

In recent years, civil airports of Hebei province have keeped fast development, the infrastructure of civil aviation improved gradually, airport throughput grow fast, but we should recognize that these are attributed to the small basic number. Hebei province is close to Tianjin, the area is only nineteen. According to the planning, Chengde airport, Zhangjiakou airport, Hengshui airport will be constructed before 2020, so there will have seven airports in Hebei province. How to achieve coordinated development between the airports, avoid vicious competition between airports, this requires the research and planning of coordinated development ahead, and analyze the airports of Hebei province from the overall perspective. Compared to the rapid growth economic and social needs, and the airports of neighboring provinces, the overall competitiveness of Hebei airports is still low, there also have many questions, this is not consistent with the economic status of Hebei province. In order to realize the coordinated development of civil airports in Hebei province, this paper will construct the study from three respects, The followings are the main part of the paper:First, the function differentiation between Hebei airports and neighboring airports. According to the data of airport throughput in recent four years, analyze the competition between Hebei airports and neighboring airports by the changes of market share and the changes of market concentration. At the same time, analyze the local environment of airport development in Hebei province. Determine the direction of Hebei airport.Then, the analysis of concurrence among Hebei airports. Analyze the operational status and relationship among Hebei airports. Using the theory of game theory, analyze the concurrence by the game model. Propose some constructive suggestion about cooperation.Thirdly, overall strengths and strategies of coordinated development. Using the views of system theory, analyze the necessity and possibility of coordinated development. Analyze the coordinated development from the overall perspective. Summarize the overall advantages of coordinated development, and put forward some related strategies.At last, there is a summary of the research results as well as the outlook of coordinated development among Hebei airports, propose some future research direction.
