Study On Airline Optimization Of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Region Multi-airport System Coordinated Development

In recent years,the coordinate development of regional multi-airport system has become a trend of the future.However,the research of our country about the multi-airport system is still in initial stage,so that led to the emergence of many problems about multi-airport system,such as unbalanced development,lacking of coordination,unclear functional positioning,the difficult of ATC operation,the decrease of service quality,etc.Therefore,using Beijing Tianjin Hebei region multi-airport system as the object of study,this paper learns from the advanced experience in other countries and explores multi-airport system airline network optimization from the perspective of cooperative development.First of all,on the basis of understanding the research status at home and abroad,this paper expounds the definition of the multi-airport system,main characteristics and forming reason,multi-airport system of the life cycle theory to the development of the multi-airport system is divided into four stages,forecasts the evolution of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region multi-airport system of the future development trend,in summarizing the world each big airport group of the function orientation of pattern,on the basis of the function orientation of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region under different development stage has carried on the detailed analysis and elaboration;Second,combined with domestic actual situation,this paper proposed the multi-airport system synergy development promoting mechanism by the comparative analysis between Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and New York multi-airport system and learned New York's advanced development experience;Finally,using the principal component analysis method,this paper sets multi-airport system coordinated development as the goal to comprehensively evaluate multi-airport system route by SPSS statistical analysis software.According to the routes composite scores and taking Beijing Tianjin Hebei region multi-airport system as an example,this paper builts an airline optimization model that aimed to multi-airport system of overall benefit maximization,and then applying an improved decision tree C4.5 algorithm to find the optimal solution by comparing the profit and loss value of the program.Moreover.By using SIMMOD to verifythe optimized flight schedule,the experimental results show that ATC operation conflict level and flight delays have been reduced,the airport capacity have been improved,and the flight schedules have been fully utilized.
