With science and technology progressed and social productive forces enhanced, mankind has created unprecedented material wealth. At the same time other issues occur, such as the increasing population, excessive consumption of resources, environmental pollution and ecological damage. While the contradictions of economic development and social development become prominent. How to coordinate the development between economic development and nature to reduce the destruction of ecological environment in the economic development and how to coordinate the economic development and social development have become a subject that is discussed forever. Studying the relationships of nature, economy and society and putting forward paths for the coordinative development of nature, economy and society, and becoming references for the policy-decision are both the main subjects and the aims of this thesis.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the concepts of coordination, coordinative development and coordinative development of nature, economy and society, study the relationships of nature, economy and society and explain the theory of coordinative development of nature, economy and society. On the base of theory, it takes Hebei province as a example to study the current conditions of economic development and nature, the resources carrying capacity and sustainable development ability. It compares the conditions of economic development and social development between Hebei province and other provinces. In the end it puts forward references of coordinative development of nature, economy and society.The major methods that is used in this thesis are as follows: the theoretical research with empirical research, the horizontal comparison with vertical comparison, dynamic analysis and static analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.
