With the fast development of China’s national economy, the number of new built civil aviation airports are increasing very quickly, which has a trend that these airports are being operated under the local government control in recent years. Therefore, more and more airports have chosen the operation mode by cooperation with others and taken win-win market target due to the different factors and many wishes. The cooperation of the airports are in differentways, e.g. such as the mode of airport-group community which many other airports are controlled by a leading airport through holding the shock rights from them. Another way is airport-alliance which is connected by the contracts and agreements among the airports or a group of them. The mode of airport-group community has clear constraint regulations for the affiliatedairports, which acquires the advantages with the resource from the controlled units. Even though the way of airport-alliance is fairly weak comparatively, especially on market policy decisions and effectscorresponded, the airports in airport-alliance can still make full use of the resource effectively and try their best to gain the maximum profit for each contracted airport bythe principles concerned as well as benefiting from each other due to the members’ mutual strategy. The article gives a brief presentation about China’s airport-alliance status which is mainly on civil aviation airports and states that the airport alliance is another management way which the aim of the gain for airport-alliance lies on sharing resourceand advantages from each other and making up of mutualistic symbiosis in order to reach win-win target in the completive market. The airport-alliance may harvest the scale efficiency by an appropriate running mode with fairly low operating cost and mutual resource. For instance, it shows quite functional that the alliance of three large units cooperation just like Paris De-gaully airport in France, Amsterdam Schiphol airport in Holland and Incheon airport in Korea optimizes the profit indeed, which implement the co-operative cost maximum as well as a further coalition on sale distributed from its branches so that the service level has greatly promoted at airport and a wider developing market is provided.Compare with the status of operating way from foreign airports such as airport-alliance, there is a quite large marketing space and blanks that needs urgently to complement for China’s airport-alliance system. Firstly, there are too many alliance members in an agreement or contract union with its aim that is not outstanding and under each airport at-will operatingcircumstance. Secondly, this form of alliance is lack of management and obligation for its members, thus it results in the low profit among the contracted airports. At present, the researchers on airport concerned basically concentrate on competition of a certain airport itself, so they focus on its advantage mostly from the geographical function. In the thesis, the author believes that there is strong inter-action among the alliance members of the airports, and that is why the alliance member is not an isolated individual and a contracted airport has been affected by other airports concerned. The social function of an airport is closely linked with the social relationship network of the airport alliance. Therefore, the article makes an analysis about the airport-alliance possibility based on the social network aspect, and the method of the social network is introduced and adapted with “Ucinet” software. Social network analysis is a way that takes each contracted airport as a joint point with other airports concerned to build up a mode of union net which is different from the subjects attribute data analysis collected in the past and on the contrary, it is primarily based on data of relationship. The airports in the region of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei province as well as airports in north east parts of China have been analyzedwith their liable connection link in the social network as the competitive and cooperative relationship by “Ucinet” which can build up airport-alliance illustration with the visualized tool “Netdraw”. And then it generates a series outcome through analyzing. Finally the author presented some simple recommendations on development of China’s airport-alliance system. If we give an example based on the airports in north east of China, we may find that the alliance system is quite functional and it can be established by trans-regional management organizations and corresponding units concerned. The alliance system can use the policy to control and restrict the contracted airports and logically adjust each airport in a reasonable operation in order to avoid the blind competition in the market. Another way of alliance is that to set up the equal partnership as a platform that can reinforce the relationship between the airports by making full use of the advantages at each airport as well as the geographical resource and exchanging the management experience, and thus it results in active influence for the whole area or correlative region. Inaddition, the author has summarized some points for China’s civil aviation airports which contains the airport alliance system shall accord with the regional development and comply with rules of airport for hub function, airport for trunk line using and airport for branches so that different operation ways can be required for China’s civil aviations airports. At last, the evil competition among the airports will be avoided through distinctive running or multi-position management.
