Research On Re-employment Of Landless Peasants In The Process Of Urbanization In Fengfeng Kuangqu

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the use of farmland in thenon-agricultural construction is increasing year by year, the number of landless peasantsis growing. Because of our country's policy and system are not perfect, landless peasantsare often in the edge of the city, that they can't enjoy the same treatment as citizens, sotheir life and employment are confronted with many difficulties. The most fundamentalmeasure of solving landless peasants problems is to help them re-employment. Researchthe problem of landless peasants' re-employment is not only related to the speed ofChina's urbanization process, also related to social stability and prevent the emergence ofrich-poor divide, and can be fully reveals the causes of the problems that landlesspeasants' re-employment, so as to resolve the current widespread problems of providenew research direction.Firstly, the text are mainly expounded that current situation of landless peasants're-employment in the domestic and overseas, and clarifed that the related concepts andtheoretical understanding of landless peasants' re-employment in the process ofurbanization, as the basis of this study.Secondly, choosed landless peasants of Fengfeng kuangqu as the research object inthis paper, Understanded the status of them re-employment by questionnaire survey andon-the-spot investigation, a detailed analysis of the status of landless peasants're-employment, then the quality of employment, and re-employment difficulties.Thirdly, analyzed the internal factors and external factors on the influence oflandless peasants' re-employment, using the methods of Logistic regression on the threekinds of internal factors about landless peasants including the natural characteristics,economic characteristics and desire of re-employment carried on the analysis, using themethods of qualitative analysis on the three kinds of external factors including theeconomic factors, the functions of the government and policy system carried on theanalysis, to find re-employment of landless peasants influence factors.Finally, basing on systematic investigation and analysis, the study build a a general model of solving landless peasants' re-employment, mobilizing the variety of socialfavorable resources, refer a feasibility operate model for solving landless peasants're-employment in theory.
