Auto Park Cluster Research Based On Population Ecology Theory

Industry cluster is a development model which can promote regional economic development and enhance national competitiveness. The development of industrial clusters has been across various sectors. Researches in industry cluster are popular world around. Although it's not long for the study of industrial clusters in China, there have been all sizes of industry clusters with the rapid development of Chinese economy.Auto industry is in fierce competition in the world stage today, the Chinese auto market is still maintaining rapid growth. Both market potential and purchasing power are growing. Chinese car sales last year reached 18.06 million which was the No.1 world around. As the increasing demand of automotive services and diversification, the emergence of auto park industry cluster is timely to meet these needs. It represents today's most advanced model and the new direction of the car circulation industry, the promotion of auto park mode will greatly facilitate and promote the upgrading and development of Chinese car circulation industry.In this paper, the Logistic model and symbiotic theory in population ecology are used to analysis the auto park cluster, start from the characteristics of the cluster, analyze its structure and mode, finally, build up a car cluster evolution model. On this basis the cluster development can be divided into budding, growth, maturity and decline, followed by the analysis of the characteristics of each stage. Subsequently, the symbiosis stability of different types of enterprises in the auto park cluster was analyzed based on the Logistic model. Discuss the measurement and performance of the symbiosis stability, and focus to the two typical type, relying on symbiosis and equality symbiosis. At last, the paper analyses the case of the development of the Tianjin Airport International Auto Park cluster. Through curve fitting and nonlinear curve fitting, we got the company's evaluation curve and equation model. The car park cluster is not a self-organizing cluster, but by the organize of the core company-the auto park company, so it skipped the long budding stage and currently stay in a rapid growth stage, meanwhile, predict the saturated scale in existing environmental conditions. At the same time, through the analysis of the symbiotic relationship of different types of enterprises in the Tianjin Airport International Auto Park cluster, we find the equality symbiosis relationship between enterprises has been relatively stable, while there are relying on symbiosis relationship between the car park company and companies relied on it, but it has not reach equilibrium yet.
