| On the one hand the development of VC clusters promoted the development of high-tech industry cluster regional, on the other hand, under the situation of global technology promote economic rise, the development of high-tech industries can drive the regional economic development.Biogenic accumulation is universal phenomenon in nature. Many of the rules are applicable to industry cluster. This thesis has a new starting point—ecology. The thesis put forward the conception of VC ecology system, which is a complex system which includes every aspect of the Net social, and it mainly consists of four parts: environment, resource and groups(individuals, populations, clusters, communities.). The essence of evolving enterprises cluster is a complex system that the interaction between regional economy system and regional ecosystem. The development of regional enterprises cluster is double restricted by interest driven mechanism and ecological balance mechanism. Under the domination of the compounding mechanism, the evolution of regional VC enterprises cluster takes on complicated behavior and orbit. By the aid of logistic model and data from annual report we empirical analyses in USA, Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei, and have investigate and analyze the Wuhan's VC ecology system, The conclusion indicates that the VC industry and high-tech industry of USA and Shenzheng have stability relying-on oriented symbiotic model in most situation, but have some high-tech have instability equaling oriented symbiotic model; VC industry and high-tech industry of Beijing and Shanghai got into the habit of stability relying-on oriented symbiotic model; the VC industry and high-tech industry of Hubei come into being instability relying-on oriented symbiotic model. But the entire VC cluster ecological system in every region formed satellite-network compound symbiotic characteristics, and according to the logistic curve description, VC industry in every regions are still in the startup or life cycle of growth.There are three innovative points in this thesis:firstly, this article classified the symbiosis of venture capital cluster into three types as homogenous symbiosis, diversity symbiosis and homogenous-diversity mixed symbiosis. Establish three symbiosis models of venture capital cluster include relying-on oriented, equaling oriented and nesting oriented operation pattern. Secondly, logistic equation describing the law of population crease in biology is apply to analysis the symbiotic stability conditions of VC cluster ecological system. Thirdly, we analyzed the feature of the whole industry system evolution processes and the chaos of the evolution model through the aid of the Logistic equation.
