Research On Development Model Of The Logistic Industrial Cluster In Liaoning Province

In China, rapid economic development not only provides broader space for modern logistics industry development, but also brings greater challenges. Therefore, the most effective approach to accelerate regional economic development is to develop the logistics industry as well as improve the competitiveness of the logistics industry. The emergence of the logistic industrial cluster has brought opportunities to the logistics industry development. Logistics industrial cluster is an economic phenomenon of competitive advantage, formed by certain groups of logistics enterprises who provide logistics services in certain specific areas. As service industry, logistic industrial cluster has its own characteristics. Consequently, in order to promote the logistics industry and accelerate the development of regional economy, it has great significance to conduct a research on the logistics industrial cluster.After analyzing the status of the development model of the logistic industrial cluster in Liaoning province, this paper concludes that the development model of the logistics industrial cluster is the main bottleneck problem on restricting the development of the logistics in Liaoning province. To start with the first, this paper proposes three logistic industrial cluster development models: hub model, industrial symbiosis model, and government leading mode, and it analyzes the factors which influencing the establishment of the logistic industrial cluster from four aspects. Secondly, with the analysis on the formation mechanism, development advantages and competitiveness of the models, this paper determines that the establishments of the three models are fit into the development in Liaoning. Thirdly, this paper describes the suitable regions and industries for the three models. ShenHai automobile logistic industrial cluster is analyzed as a major case on the industrial symbiosis model of the logistic industrial cluster industry. This paper simulates ShenHai's operational effects, and establishes cooperation mechanisms of the cluster to efficiently promote the cluster's development. Finally, according to the different types of logistic industrial cluster presents the pertinency suggestions. The research on the development model of the logistic industrial cluster in Liaoning province will enable Liaoning to take full advantages in all aspects, optimize and upgrade the logistics industry. As a result, the health, stability, and orderly development of logistics industry in Liaoning province will be maintained. Furthermore, specialized and high-quality logistics services for other industries will be provided as well as a reference on the development of the logistic industrial cluster for other areas.
