It can be said prosperous business for the current contention In Chinese automobile market, the leading foreign or joint-venture auto makers with technical capability maturity are scrambling to expand investment in China's automobile industry, have moved the focus of the development of the company huge potential in China consumer market; and is in a stage of development of domestic car manufacturers own brand, but also inject more capital in the domestic market operations and international brands compete for China's auto market this big piece of cake. Competition between car manufacturers is the final technical and cost competition, and these are related to parts suppliers are closely related to cooperation and development, and how the partnership and produce win-win situation so that their competitiveness has been strengthened, How to manage relationship with suppliers is especially important. This reality, around the automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers and cooperative relations, supplier management for the key issues in this study to DPCA as an example to illustrate the current automotive industry supplier management and urgent situation improve the problem.First of all, car manufacturers from theoretical analysis of the relationship with the supplier, outlining the relationship between the two parties, prominent car manufacturers and parts suppliers the advantage of long-term relationships, and how to develop with suppliers to form partnerships and long-term maintain this relationship.
