At present, China's new health care environment of physical and pharmaceutical market is undergoing significant change the competitive landscape.Under the new situation ,it is an important research topic of Jianmin companies how to use their own strengths, avoid weaknesses, seize opportunities, manage risk and achieve rapid, healthy and stable development. This paper analyzes the bad macro environment, industry environment and their own micro-environment, and to determine the Wuhan Jianmin 2011-2015 five-year investment and financing strategy.This article focuses on the investment and financing strategies in Wuhan Jianmin analysis.
