Metallurgical Project Management Study Based On QHSE

Under the situation of the national industrial structure adjustment and metallurgical industrial rapid development, there are more and more metallurgical industrial projects, the original project management mode can not fully suit to the fundamental requirement of the construction of modern project, under this situation, it is necessary to study and suit to the mode of metallurgical project development and management against the construction of various kinds of projects. This paper is just to apply QHSE management system and the case of already-built project to make the summary and study.First of all, the basic theory and method about the project management are introduced in the paper; the target and method of QHSE management system are described in detail in the paper; the feature of metallurgical project and QHSE management mode for metallurgical project are described. At the same time, against the feature of QHSE management system in combination with the specific metallurgical project, namely actual example of Huaibei Coking Project, how to apply QHSE management system and application of project management system are introduced and analyzed, and also the function of the project and fruit obtained from the project are analyzed, finally the conclusion obtained and actual effect produced from QHSE management system applied by metallurgical project are summed up, together with my personal study for QHSE management system and the development of relevant project management theory, in combination with the feature of metallurgical industry, the prospects and bright future are given in the paper.
