With the development of national social economy big stride development and improvement of people’s living standards, China’s food industry is rapidly developing, the importance of consumers on food safety is also increasing. However, in recent years, the problem of food safety is more and more media exposure, will focus on food safety of consumers to the peak. Food safety is not only related to the health of consumers, more related to the food business operations and survival, no matter in the modern enterprise management theory or in practice, how to build, in the enterprise internal control system perfect is always a key problem.When I was writing the paper, I made reference to a lot of literature, analysis of the western theory of internal control, the evolution process of the theory of value chain and QHSE management system and the results of development, on this basis, According to the requirement of the characteristics and management of food enterprises, the above theory has carried on the system analysis in the application of food enterprises, take the food enterprises to YR as an example for analysis and research. Through the analysis of case of YR food enterprise problem, combined with YR food enterprise internal value chain to find out the success and shortcomings of existing internal control, and based on the QHSE management system for the internal YR food enterprise control system to optimize, and the case company as the food industry leader, It is a bench-marking,the methods and experiences of others in this case summary also. So I hope that through this study, can help YR food enterprises to improve internal control system, internal control and for other food companies to provide experience and suggestions of construction.
