Through study the chain-store operations theory, hand-on investigate the retail terminals and consumers in the representative cities in Shandong province, analysis the actual state, problems and strength of Shandong cigarette retail industry, analysis the relative researched statistical data and chain operation cases from abroad and domestic, designing and planning Shandong provincial cigarette and alcohol chain operation systems, in order to come true the reward power of Shandong tobacco industry to cigarette retail terminals, facing shocks from invade of multinational tobacco corporation and pressures from commencement of a national anti-smoking campaign, avoiding problems of counterfeit and food safety, ensure the development of Shandong tobacco industry in long term, steady and healthy patterns.
