Research On The Value Creation And Effect Of The Operation Mode Of The Whole Industry Chain Of Agricultural And Animal Husbandry Enterprises

The harm caused by biological epidemic disasters to the entire human economy and society is far-reaching and lasting.Since the beginning of the21 st century,biological epidemics including avian influenza,H1 NI influenza virus,H7N9 avian influenza virus,African swine fever and new COVID-19 have brought severe challenges to our country’s food industry,especially the agriculture and animal husbandry industry.In order to effectively deal with the adverse effects caused by the epidemic and strengthen food safety control,in recent years,the government has issued intensive policies on further strengthening agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises to promote food industrialization and structural transformation.Simultaneous development of products has become the development trend of my country’s agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of theoretical analysis and case analysis.By systematically sorting out and summarizing the relevant literature on the operation mode of the whole industry chain,on the basis of expounding the concepts and foundations of the industry chain and value creation,a case study is used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the operation mode of the whole industry chain of New Hope Liuhe Research.Including expounding the basic situation of New Hope Liuhe’s operation and the implementation motivation of the whole industry chain operation mode,through the comparative analysis of the traditional model and the model of the circulation efficiency of livestock products under the whole industry chain model,and analyzing the implementation path of how to realize the industrial value;Finally,with the help of the Balanced Scorecard,through the four aspects of financial management,customers,internal operation,learning and growth,the company’s entire industry chain operation effect analysis is carried out.The analysis shows that: New Hope Liuhe reduces risks,increases the company’s income,and improves the company’s brand influence through vertical mergers;through horizontal mergers,it realizes industrial diversification and product diversification,expands the company’s business space,and increases its market share.Through the optimization and integration of the whole industry chain,it can effectively stimulate synergy and form a positive effect.Its experience in the layout and operation mode of the whole industry chain is worthy of reference by other agricultural and animal husbandry companies.
