Research On The Selection Of Operation Mode Of China’s Large Department Enterprises

With the development of social economy, the business pattern of the departmententerprises has changed at the same time. Operation mode, as one kind of the industrysystems, is one choice of the enterprises in the developing period. The operation mode ofdepartment enterprises has been divided into several kinds of operation modes due to thedifferences of views, the large department enterprises has not chosen the single operationmode but chosen the mode that combines different kinds of operation modes. Currently, theoperation mode of the most of our department enterprises has chosen the multiple operationmodes under the chain operation, which mainly depends on the joint operation, but with thedevelopment and change of the social economy, the main-trend operation mode hasrepresented its limitations. The choose of operation mode is not a personal thing, which hasbeen affected by many external factors. Under the analyzes of factors that influence thechoose of operation mode of department enterprises and with the method of the analytichierarchy process, the fuzzy evaluation method, we can conclude the trend of operation modeof these enterprises that is the multiple formats operation modes under the chainoperation,which mainly depends on the independent management.The thesis has been divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, which mainlytalks about the topic background, research significance and research status at home andabroad. The second part is basic theories, which mainly talks about the basic concept andrelevant theories. The third part, through three views of regional relation, supplier relation,constructions formats, divides the operation modes of department enterprises into the chainoperation mode, the single store operation mode, the independent management operationmode, the joint operation mode, the traditional department mode and the comprehensiveshopping mall mode. With the SWOT method analyzing the various operation modes, we canknow the relative merits of operation modes, and then we can conclude that the operationmode of large department enterprises is the multiple operation modes, which mainly dependson the independent management and joint operation. The fourth part mainly discusses thefactors that influence the selection of operation mode of department stores, which divides theinfluencing factors into economy factor, development factor, risk factor and managementfactor and has systematically analyzed every factor. The fifth part, which is with the methods of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzes thefactors influencing the selection of operation mode of large department stores, and thenconclude that the independent management operation mode is better than the joint operationmode, and puts forward the improvement strategies.
