Astudy On Lean Production In Multi-Layer Of Manufacturing Process

The small and medium-sized enterprise would be more difficult after the financial crisis. The appreciation of RMB, the increased limit of export, the increased cost of labor, the added price of material, and all of this will add the enterprise of the heavy burden. So how to resolve this difficulty it is the largest problem that the enterprise will be faced to. And the efficiency improving, the cost reduction that is a magic weapon with the enterprise. As the small enterprise is limited, so they only can use small resources and small input.In this paper, through researching an injection enterprise, finding a scheme which the small and medium enterprise all can be used to improve efficiency. Looking from current, all the advanced theory was used from large enterprise. But the small and medium enterprise rarely used the advanced theory in their production. Taking the JX Company (small and medium enterprise) for example, Lean production was brought into the manufacturing process. Of course, the different enterprise should use different methods.In this paper, Lean production isn't brought into all aspects, only into the multi-layer analysis of manufacturing process and the initial production. The JX Company can apply Lean production in Injection,Coating and Assembly and so on.To improve production efficiency through the use of lean production in some production processes. Being the exemplary role played throughout the company, thus boosting productivity across the company to further improve. It will be the key factor for enterprise been advantageous in future competition to bring into Lean production.
