Lean Six Sigma management is the perfect combination of Six Sigmamanagement and Lean manufacturing. It unites the DMAIC methodology of SixSigma with the idea of Lean manufacturing. It can not only upgrade the quality ofproducts and enhance the profit by Six Sigma management but also reduce the ploughof capital and remove efficiency and response to market. As Lean Six Sigmamanagement is used successfully in Huawei and other famous companies in ourcountry, the successful application of a huge demonstration effect attracts manycompanies to imitate, many of them succeed, but some of them fail. This thesisdescribes the relationship between Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing and how tointegrate the two, the successful application of Lean Six Sigma management incompany S which is a middle-size electronic company in Shenzhen is discussed indetail. The problems involved in implement, push and stability of Lean Six Sigmamanagement are deeply researched with representative cases of it. The obviousvalidity of Lean Six Sigma management is proved in avoiding waste and removingquality. Lean Six Sigma management and independent accounting of departments areintegrated creatively. Because of this, the implement of Six Sigma items is promotedeffectively, the harvest that achieved by Lean Six Sigma management is cemented intime and very good finance income is gained. Hopefully the research in the thesis canbe helpful to the implement of Lean Six Sigma management in company S in late andplay a guiding role in implementation of Lean Six Sigma management in otherenterprises.
