The current IT market competition intensified, product profit is greatly compressed, the campaign changes its focus to service sales market. As an important part of integrated service, spare parts service is emerging as a great concern of many enterprises. How to build a competitive spare parts management system becomes a new topic of enterprises.By analyzing the current domestic spare parts service management system of H company, the paper states many existing problems of its system, such as limited spare parts logistics network, disadvantage in competitiveness, deficient business process, lacking of clear responsibility definition, poor planning capability. Basing on this analysis conclusion, to rectify the problems and optimize business calls for an new spare parts service management system covering service product design, logistics network construction, process optimization, organization and spare parts planning model re-construction.The author developed an solution by designing new spare parts service product and corresponding logistics network, constructing duty-clear organization, working out applicable business process with preference to SCOR model, and developing spare parts IT system platform, programming and implementation to solidify the process. Meanwhile, the solution investigated the way of fast logistics network construction operated in project management manner by logistics outsourcing. By analyzing the primary factors that affect spare parts service customer satisfaction and management cost, integrated with KPI measurability and spare parts service management system, worked out spare parts service management KPI system concerning spare parts service supply chain reliability, flexibility and response capability, finance consideration and spare parts service supply chain development, and presents specific cases to specify performance assessment. At the end of the paper presents four key points of constructing spare parts service system, and the future trend of building spare parts service system by multi-vendor joint effort through the medium of the 3rd party logistics, which provides the enterprises with practical solution in optimizing spare parts service management system.
