After-sale service problem of large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises has been the focus of attention problems and difficult issues by industry and academia has been. Service involves two key issues:Firstly,it is the selection of third-party service providers. For large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises,since the equipment is highly specialized, technically complex,it often forms a monopoly. Manufacturers should not only provide users with exclusive spare parts,but also need to provide after-sales service of technical support. From the international development trend, manufacturers couldn't merely face to its all customers by themselves,but need depend on the third-party service providers, and then it will timely and effectively meet customer service needs. Seeing the importance of after-sale service to customer,and the difficulty of customer service, when large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises choose the third party, they must estimate comprehensively.Secondly,it's the spare parts inventory control problem. Large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise's after-sale service requires adequate reserves of spare parts, the spare parts inventory control of large equipment manufacturing enterprises is generally more important and complex. This is mainly in respect that: on the one hand, these large devices are mainly distributed in important production of the national economy sector,its failures will have great impact on the enterprise and the society. In an increasingly competitive market,responding quickly to customer needs is the fundamental guarantee for enterprise survival and development. As the equipment provider,it must also takes into account the cost of spare parts inventory for the user when making spare parts ready. So the spare parts inventory control problem of large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise's after-sale service is extraordinarily prominent. On the other hand,as the equipment is complex, the variety and quantity of spare parts are more required. Therefore,the cost of spare parts inventory is increasing, and then it may take up great floating fund,which will affect its economic benefit. The least amount of funds used to ensure the timely supply of spare parts has become a hot issue in industry and academia.Based on this,this paper will take a large equipment manufacturing enterprises as the background,study such large equipment manufacturing enterprises` selection of third-party service provider and control of pare parts inventory,as to provide after-sales service management thinking and methods. This article mainly includes the following:Firstly,according to the requirements and characteristics of service providers selection,use attribute reduction algorithm of rough set theory, construct the service selection quantitative index system. Further more, introduce qualitative indicators of selecting service providers,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multi-attribute decision making method to primarily select service provider. Finally, apply fuzzy BORDA Comprehensive quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators; establish a class comprehensive evaluation method of selecting service providers.Secondly,build a class service evaluation method of service provider credit in terms of dynamic combination, and analyze decision-making errors of service provider selection in theoretical aspects,discuss the error control problem in the decision-making process of service selection,conclude a general theoretical model of error control.Besides , based on inventory data of certain large equipment spare parts manufacturing company,using time series neural network and BP neural network, forecast the demand of spare parts,and then construct a combination forecasting method for the demand of spare parts.Finally,build a time series neural network forecasting model for safety spare parts stock. Meanwhile,according to objectives of minimizing the inventory control cost, build a optimal inventory model for six kinds of spare parts and introduce genetic algorithm for solving optimal inventory model.In conclusion,in the situation of increasingly fierce market competition,the giant equipment manufacturers not only concern the equipment production,and more concerned about the after-sales service quality. Therefore,how to selecting service providers and managing spare parts inventory to provide users with efficient after-sales service is an important link to create and enhance business value through services.
