Lenovo Service Spare Parts Reverse Logistics Operation Module Research

The business competition is not only product competition but also the competition of logistics service ability in our society. However the most enterprises have not paid more attention to service parts logistics. After-sales service ability is becoming an important diversity competition means along with the society economic development. According to the new operation module it can firstly realize the centralized reverse logistics operation management and the logistics provider which had Lenovo authentication can provide the reverse logistics operation to settle the weakness operation and information management. Secondly it can integrate distribution and reverse logistics network, provide service to the same enterprise requirements, enhance the network resource and extend the operation function (such as customer satisfaction research) to solve the economic and environment benefits conflict. At the end the implement of the new operation module research production can speed up the inventory circle of Lenovo service parts and develop the value-added in logistics network. The research results have already implemented in Lenovo and realized the central management. The research production also can suggest the IT industry enterprise to optimize their service parts reverse logistics operation module. The thesis also mentioned the research direction about doing regeneration in supplier and how to reduce the last buy cost in future.
