With the continuous deepening Industrial upgrading and the constant deteriorating of survival environment of traditional manufacturing enterprises, Simply relying on sale equipment as a means of corporate earnings, which can not adapt to the market. With the rapid development of service-oriented manufacturing industry, a lot of large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises have been converted the main business into products services.With the requirement of spare parts service management for M company, the spare parts service management solution is developed through investigating the current situation of enterprise and discussing with business personnels and management personnels. The solution include spare parts classification methods, spare parts demand forecasting methods and service quality management technology.This paper develops the improved spare parts classification method through analyzing the shortage of current spare parts classification methods and the requirement of spare parts management. Through the rational classification criteria and calculation methods, the improved method reduces the unreasonable and useless feature, and complexity. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the issues of elevator spare parts demand forecasting, and presented spare parts demand forecasting methods which is based on SVR(Support Vector Regression). The method can adapt to the characteristics of small sample of elevator spare parts, and improve the global optimization capabilities of the forecasting methods. Then this paper demonstrates the effectiveness and excellence of forecasting methods through examples. Finally, considering the shortage of service quality evaluation and improvement evaluation, the paper develops the evaluation method and improvement evaluation method of spare parts service quality. The evaluation method has a better guidance and maneuverability for spare parts service quality management.
