| PC(Prefabricated Concrete) structure is the main direction of housing industrialization in China as it has the advantages of lower cost, faster in construction, less environmental pollution. However, our country is in the primary stage of housing industrialization, the technology is being tested and researched, only a few enterprises are leading the pilot program, the industry is in chaos, technical specifications are lacking, and it is difficult for popularizing. Technology is the key of housing industrialization promotion. Integration technology can build housings structure frame to ensure the safety and reliability of the residences, improve and promote the quality of buildings by the non-structure. Thus it is necessary and pressing to explore and research on integration technology.On the basis of the latest information of the housing industrialization and some technical specifications on concrete structure housing industrialization, combining with the housing industrialization pilot project that the author participated in, this paper researched on PC structure housing industrialization's critical integration technology of structure and non-structure (decorating and equipments), mainly from the theory and node technology and engineering projects. This contents were specific as follows:Firstly, lean construction especially lean and correct assembly theory, were applied to housings industrialization, which provided theoretical foundation for housing industrialization promotion; the present situation of housing industrialization and the integration technology character at home and abroad were summarized and comparatively analyzed, while the present status of Japan and Vanke of China PC integrated assembly were emphatically introduced, which formed important industry data,and also lay the groundwork for the integration technology. Then the paper introduced assembled monolithic concrete structure that equated to cast-in-situ structure and was the mainstream of housing industrialization promotion. And it detailedly explored integration technology that connected beam, plate, column and others, from facets of architecture, structure and construction, which thoroughly analyzed structure integration technology. Then it introduced SI, which implemented integration on the basis of separation-design of skeleton and infilling, avoiding the problem of traditional decoration's waste and buildings in short-life. Furthermore, the connecting technology of water supply and drainage, strong or weak electricity, equipment was researched as non-structure integration, especially interfacing technology of kitchen and bathroom. Finally, based on a housing industrialization pilot project of new rural construction, the paper analyzed integration technology to exemplify the themes of the whole thesis from three aspects of building design, component decomposition and connection, water pipelines layout and connection.This study offers theoretical support for the promotion of housing industrialization, provides technical reference for the application of PC structure housing industrialization, will be beneficial to the development of housing industrialization in China. |
