Study On The Promotion Mechanism Of Integrated Technology Of Housing Industrialization In Shenyang

Based on the characteristics of the housing industry development,such as the present situation in the residential housing reformation,technical contribution rate promotion of residential industrialization,technology management pattern reformation of the construction site,popularization of energy-saving,environmental building etc.,use political,economical,technical measures of the developed countries to promote housing industrialization for reference,combined with characteristics and requirements of China's economical development at this stage,studied government mechanism,enterprise mechanism,market mechanism of housing industrialization integration mechanism promotion in China.Innovations of this thesis is presented as follows:(1)In a whole new research perspective,this thesis started with management mechanism reformation required by construction mode technical reformation establishment,advocated to push industrial production mode in housing construction,implement overall technology management,apply system integration to the process of residence construction;(2)Take related technology of residential industrialization as a whole,apply technology integration method,explore systematically apply related technology to residence industrialization process factors,problems will face and corresponding resolve mechanism;(3)This thesis creatively use residence industrialization test technology of Japan——residence prefabrication rate,to simulate that of China,so as to test residence industrialization level of China;(4)The research apply the characteristics of technology integration and multi-disciplinary participation,to solve the problems of multidisciplinary,multiple technology in industrialized construction site,realized scientific balanced management.The main conclusions of the study are listed as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the thesis at home and abroad,sums up the influencing factors of the housing industrialization in China,by summarizing frequence of related factors,reach six main factors that affect the development of housing industrialization in China,which are Technology integration level,the financial and economic policies,The markets approval level,Standardization system,Products and components,Housing technology research and development;(2)Through the analysis of the prefabrication rate of Japan,concluded that as housing industrialization raised to certain level,it would reduce and then remain stable at considerable level.And then concluded that this result is related to the condition that Japan is well developed,requirements for housing is mostly met,began to pursue house diversification on the foundation of certain industrialization.From this,analysis the simulated prefabricated rate development situation in China,and find that the prefabricated rate of China have a stable growth trend in recent years,It also means that,China have the series of conditions for the development of housing industrialization at present,and can keep the situation in a long period;(3)Use foreign advanced experience for reference,make some suggestions to build perfect the promote mechanism of housing industrialization.
