The Influence Of The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization On The Upgrading Of Chinese Regional Industry Structure

Since the reform and opening,China's economy has been in a state of rapid growth.From 1978 to 2015,the average annual growth rate of China's GNP reached 9.66%.However,the rapidly growing economy came with high energy consumption and high pollution emissions.What's worse,the "two basics and one pillar" of our country still have a big differences compared with the developed countries.As one of the endogenous variables of modern economic growth,the level of industrial structure must be kept in line with the level of economic development.Now,as the current Chinese version of "Industry 4.0",the industrial structure can be upgraded by the integration of informatization and industrialization.Therefore,how to further upgrade the industrial structure by the integration of informatization and industrialization is becoming an important issue for our country's economic development.On the basis of summarizing the existing research and literature,this paper defines the level of the Integration of informatization and industrialization as the deviation between the actual state and the ideal state of the information system and the industrialized system in the process of informatization and industrialization integration.And calculated the level of integration of the Informatization and industrialization of provinces by using the completely non-parametric stochastic frontier model;Secondly,this paper constructs an index system of industrial structure from four aspects,high-level industrialization,rationalization,high-efficiency and sustainable development,using the entropy method to get the upgrading of the industrial structure in the provincial level;Finally,an empirical model of panel data regression is constructed to analyze the impact of the integration of informatization and industrialization on the upgrading of China's regional industrial structure.The empirical results show that the integration of the informatization and industrialization has a significant impact on the upgrading of China's overall industrial structure,but there is a big difference in the impact on the eastern and central and western regions.For the eastern region,the promotion of the industrial structure lags behind effect.In response to the foregoing analysis results,this paper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,in order to provide reference for the relevant departments to make decisions.Different from others,the paper focused on the perspective of the impact on the integration of the informatization and industrialization to the upgrading of industrial structure,rather than information and industrialization itself.What's more,the index system of industrial structure is constructed innovatively from high-level industrialization,rationalization,high-efficiency and sustainable development.Through the research in this paper,it is helpful to examine and formulate the policy system of integration and industrial structure of our country from an overall perspective.It is also conducive to considering and formulating the policies and measures for upgrading the Industrial structure from the government's perspective,the management's perspective and the individual's perspective...
