Since the reform and open policy,the manufacturing sector has made considerable development,it has laid a good foundation for the rapid development of China's national economy.however,compared with the manufacturing of developed countries in the world,our country manufacturing industry is still big but not strong,the overall performance of the manufacturing industry is not strong in independent innovation?and the core innovation is more dependent on external dependence,low-end manufacturing products ?lack of international competitiveness,overcapacity and so on.with the constraints of resources and environment continue to strengthen,it is difficult to sustain the development model of extensive manufacturing industry with low labor cost and traditional resource investment and scale expansion.especially after the financial crisis,developed countries are calling for to the return to manufacturing",for example,the United States implement the “re-industrialization”strategy,German expand “Industry 4.0” program,it aims to make another leap in high-end manufacturing relying on information technology.Some developing countries are speeding up the planning and layout,and actively participate in the global industry division of labor,and capital to undertake industrial transfer,to expand the international market space.China's manufacturing industry is facing “returning to manufacturing” developed countries and other developing countries "two-way extrusion".In this context,China's manufacturing industry has risen to national strategy,The party and the state have repeatedly offered that the development of manufacturing industry should be integrated with industrialization and information,and we should use the new industrialization way that taking the information drive industrialization,the industrialization promotes information.We will continue to promote economic development and industrial upgrading to achieve innovative and leap-forward development,which will be the key to the development of the current manufacturing sector.for example,the State Council issued "China manufacturing 2025",pointed out that China's path is to realize the entire digital,network and intelligent manufacturing,and including intelligent is the main attack direction,Integration of industrialization and information is the main line,our country will promote the Integration of industrialization and information to come true the intelligent manufacturing;The report of 19 th communist party of China(CPC)also made clear the new embodiment of the new era of Integration of industrialization and information,and further explained the importance of industrialization and information to the development of the manufacturing industry,it is pointed out that our country should deep integration of the Internet?big data?artificial intelligence and real economy should be continuously promoted.A series of policy statements that the integration of industrialization and information plays an important role in the development of China's manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is of special theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between integration of industrialization and information level and the upgrading of manufacturing industry structure.In this paper,on the basis of the existing literature,analyzes the influence mechanism of integration of industrialization and information on the industrial structure upgrading of manufacturing industry,we will use coordinated development coefficient to measure the level of Integration of industrialization and information 28 provinces and cities in China,and then we will use panel mode to analyze the empirical influence of industrialization and information fusion level on the upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,The empirical results show that: In terms of China's overall manufacturing industry,the Integration of industrialization and information is positively promoting the industrial structure upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and the biggest impact is compared with other indicators.In terms of different areas,the empirical results have obvious difference,the integration of industrialization and information is positively promoting the industrial structure upgrading of eastern part of the manufacturing industry,conversely it has a certain degree of negative impact on western regions in China manufacturing industry structure upgrade.And it may be due to the different areas in our country has different Integration of industrialization and information.At last,according to the research question,we will put forward to related policy recommendations for the development of manufacturing industry in different regions of China.In turn,we will promote the upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and gradually rid the vicious cycle of low-end manufacturing,and build a manufacturing industry with international competitiveness.
