Study On The Modes Of A Cold Chain Logistics For Collection-carry-store Of Fresh Milk In Shihezi Reclamation Area

With the development of the logistics industry and people's living standards, people's consumption concepts have become increasingly diversified and convenience and swift, their demand for fresh milk kept rising year by year, and at the same time, the need of its quality has become higher and higher. Multi-type, small batch and high-preserved have already become the main characteristics of the cold chain logistics for the fresh milk products. That means they set an even higher demand on cold chain logistics especially for fresh milk products. The cold chain logistics for fresh milk products in China is at starting stage, and it develops more slowly in Shihezi Reclamation Area which located in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the west area of China, and it met many difficulties and problems during its development. In order to promote the development of the cold chain logistics for fresh milk products in Shihezi Reclamation Area, we can use the experience of domestic and abroad successful experience as reference. It will have the practical effects on the dietary structure of the inhabitants and enhance their health qualities. This paper will analyze the modes of a cold chain logistics for collection-carry-store of fresh milk in Shihezi reclamation area from six aspects. Chapter One "The Introduction" is the leading part,briefly introduced the background and aim of constructing and developing the cold chain logistics for collection-carry-store of fresh milk products. Then, it points out the train of thought, the methods and contents. Chapter two introduces the basic concepts and theories and discussing the related documents, including defining relative concepts and establishing the theoretical foundation. Chapter three analyzes the development of the modes of the cold chain logistics for fresh milk products in Shihezi Reclamation Area, and its main contents is about the process of development of milk industry and the evolution of the modes of collection-carry-store of fresh milk products in Shihezi Reclamation Area. Chapter four analyzes the operating ways of the mode of collection-carry-store of fresh milk products in the West Animal Product Industry Corporation. It contains three parts:the introduction of West Animal Product Industry, the current situation and the problems of the Cold Chain logistics for fresh milk products in this corporation, and also putting forward the suggestions and counter-strategy for the cold chain logistics for fresh milk products. Chapter five is the conclusion. It tries to perfect the cold chain logistics for fresh milk products and also giving some relevant suggestions and strategies. Chapter six is summary and prospect.
