Business Progress Reengineering Of Tax Service In Administration Of State Taxation Department

With the development of the socialist market economy and the spread of new-management ideas in China, the state taxation department gets more in-depth reform of tax collection. Regulating and optimizing the tax services become an important part of the reform. Currently state taxation department faces the rapid development of information technology, which gives tax services a revolutionary impact. How to optimize tax services further in the next step? I think that in order to business process reengineering theory as a guice to the tax collection and management information systems, based on a "business process reengineering", to improve the quality of tax services. In this paper, the theory of business process reengineering to the administration of state taxation of Y prefecture office as the ongoing study process reengineering, business process reengineering aspects of tax services, gave a comprehensive exposition and systematic analysis. On the bas(?) of the investigation, this paper describes that the administration of state taxation of Y prefecture office, taking serving taxpayers as the center task and taking social satisfaction as the goal, conscientiously earried out the business process reengineering of approval tax service. And in order to further optimize the tax service progress, this business process reengineering movement added the reform of services measures. This paper gives more in-depth analysis of the tax departments in the tax service process reengineering in practice and what have been achieved and the problems in the movement, a number of suggestion and ideas from the theoretical and practical level, research to improve tax administration efficiency and to change the concept of service and to raise the level of taxpayer service.
