Research On The Optimization Of Huai’an Taxation Business Environment

In recent years,as my country’s economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the tax business environment has received more and more attention from the government and all sectors of society.The tax business environment has now become a new indicator of a city’s competitiveness.In order to promote the reform of "delegating management and service" to optimize the tax business environment,the tax department has made "reductions" in streamlining administration and delegating power,drastically cut tax administrative approval items,and continued to carry out the "Spring Breeze Action to facilitate private taxation";"Addition",improve the management system during and after the event;do "multiplication" in optimizing services to improve taxpayer satisfaction.However,the current demand of taxpayers continues to grow,and tax authorities still need to further deepen the reform of "delegation,administration,and service" in terms of thinking,management,and systems,and further optimize the taxation business environment.This topic combines the actual situation of the current tax business environment construction in Huai’an City,is guided by practical issues,guided by reasonable needs,combined with the background and actual work of the "decentralization,management and service" reform,and based on the governance capabilities and functional authority of the tax department.Put forward practical countermeasures in a targeted manner.Provide meaningful conclusions and valuable clues to explore the management policies and reform directions of my country’s grassroots tax bureaus in optimizing the taxation business environment.It is hoped that the taxation and business environment of Huai’an City can be further improved,and other cities of the same type in China are optimizing taxation operations.Provide some theoretical basis for business environment.
