Research On Performance Evaluation Of Green Supply Chains Of Retail Enterprises Under New Retailing Mode

Retail trade is closely related to China’s national economy and people’s life.In recent years,the retail trade develops rapidly,and the scale of retail trade expands unceasingly,the form of retail trade innovates unceasingly.With the rapid development of online retail,retail enterprises represented by Fresh of horses,Super species and 7-fresh have started a new journey of retail industry.The rapid development of the retail industry often brings about environmental problems such as resource waste,environmental pollution and ecological damage.These environmental problems seriously restrict the green and healthy development of the retail industry and even the whole economic society.Therefore,it has become a problem that retail enterprises must face.Green supply chain management is generated in this context.Green supply chain management integrates the concept of "green development" into each link of the supply chain of retail enterprises,and at the same time takes into account the impact of the environment and resource utilization,which is an important strategy and effective way for retail enterprises to achieve green and healthy development and improve competitiveness under the new retail model.In 2017,the general office of the state deployed the promotion of supply chain innovation and application from four aspects,including significance,key tasks,general requirements and safeguard measures.Among them,"green supply chain" is listed as the key point,indicating that China’s supply chain management will be oriented by green development in the future,which opens the way of green value creation.Therefore,through the new retail enterprise performance evaluation of green supply chain management mode,not only can know the whole supply chain operation of enterprise in time,found that gap,find out the deficiency,provides the improvement direction,also can realize high efficient limited rational allocation of social resources,reduce the waste of corporate resources,protect the social public environment,promote green and healthy development of the enterprise and society.This article first introduces the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on green supply chain and green supply chain performance evaluation of the research status.Secondly,this paper summarizes the concepts of new retail,green supply chain and performance evaluation,and introduces the balanced scorecard of green supply chain,green supply chain operation reference model and stakeholder theory,laying a theoretical foundation for the establishment of performance evaluation index system of green supply chain of retail enterprises under the new retail model.Then,this paper analyzes the current situation of the supply chain of retail enterprises under the new retail model and the relevant influencing factors of its performance.And from the six directions of financial management,customer service,internal operation,information technology,green development and logistics performance,it constructs the performance evaluation index system of the green supply chain of retail enterprises under the new retail model.Then,this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of green supply chain performance of retail enterprises based on analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,benchmarking method and triangular fuzzy function.Lastly,this paper takes M retail enterprises as the analysis object,verifies the rationality and practicability of the performance evaluation index system and model of green supply chain of retail enterprises under the new retail model,and puts forward targeted Suggestions for the development of new retail enterprises represented by M retail enterprises according to the evaluation results.
