| There are a lot of small and medium enterprises in Western China, many of them are engaged in the production, sales and technical service in high-tech fields. These enterprises made a great contribution to local economic development, but also an important factor on the future of Western China economic development. Anmeng is a company engaged in the production and marketing of information security products, and in business development bottlenecks encountered in the process have some representation. By analyzing the development of Sichuan Anmeng dilemma and proposed countermeasures, we can draw some reference for the development of science and technology enterprises in Western China.By using five forces model and the PEST analysis, the author analyzes the current macro-policy environment, industry status and social status of Anmeng.The author also summarizes Anmeng's problems of development in the past, and weighs Anmeng's own ability to find out Anmeng's business development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Through the strategic combination SWOT analysis, this paper proposes a strategy for the Anmeng company recommendations, including actively building strategic alliance, docking capital markets, in the promotion of new products, new model to the company's overall marketing strategy as well as through product innovation, for competition between emerging markets strategy and goals for the accumulation of old product line strategy, focusing on intellectual property protection etc. To ensure the company's overall strategy and business strategy, we suggest that the financial sector, human resources and internal management sector, technical production department and marketing department of Anemng needs to make the appropriate adjustment of the functional strategies.Over the past decade, the development of Anmeng is not quick enough, is not only because of external policy, economic and social constraints, but also due to their too much emphasis on self-development, over-reliance on their own accumulation etc. Those technology companies, the situation is similar to the Sichuan Anmeng, should make full use of the support of our government policy, market changes and opportunities for economic restructuring, by using equity financing, including the Chinese stock market GEM to introduce new power to the companies for development. |
