| For the promotion of the global economic integration and the continuing development of technology, the living environment and competitive situation enterprises are facing are undergoing drastic changes. In an increasingly competitive and complex market environment, how should small and medium-sized enterprises establish a strategy with its own characteristics that is adaptable to the external environment, to create and maintain its competitive advantage? This question is the key problem that those enterprises need to solve in order to seek long-term survival and maintenance of healthy and sustainable development.This thesis takes the current economic situation and the status of network information security as background, and use the theories and methods of corporate strategy management, to do exploratory research on the growth strategy of Chengdu HD Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu HD Technology Co., Ltd is one of the growing small enterprise in information security industry, and the stage of its development and the industry are quite representative. This paper aims to help this company establish a scientific system of strategic management and strategic planning on the study of its growth strategy research, which may provide strategic decision references for its growth and development in the future. Meanwhile author hopes that by doing some research this paper can provide some valuable references for the same kind of small and medium-sized enterprises in the strategic management.In this paper, relevant studies of enterprise strategic management theories are briefly introduced, and the development process of Chengdu HD Technology Co., Ltd. is reviewed. For enterprise development process once came across and is facing some problems, this paper does some research on the internal and external environment of enterprises by employing Porter's five forces model, Value chain, and VIRO framework, and finally finds out the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses for enterprises'development. On the basis of the above factors, this paper tries to use the SOWT Matrix to find the suitable strategies, thereby making out the optional strategies for company's development. This paper tries to combine the goals and positioning of Chengdu HD Technology Co., Ltd., and use the quantitative analysis of the strategic plan matrix to find out a suitable strategic plan for its development. In the end, the paper put forward some suggestions for solutions to the problems in the process of implementation strategies. |
