| Recently, with the rapid development of China railway and its network scale, the railway logistics enterprises have a huge space for development. It is a main developmental direction for modern logistics enterprises to construct a mature and efficient information platform. Railway logistics enterprises must build information platform which is appropriate for their own company and industry to meet the needs of the own enterprises and outside customer. This paper researches the basic structure of modern logistics information systems and the modules of rail transportation management information system through analyzing of the status of construction and combining the theory of modern logistics information system. And meanwhile, it analysis the relational computer applications technology,computer network technology and network communications security technology, and studies the construction of logistics enterprises information platform. Then, the paper discusses the significance, necessity, feasibility and effect of the information platform, proposes the basic principles, system architecture and application hierarchy of the railway logistics enterprise information platform. Especially, the paper designs the function modules, Network structure and data security platform of the information platform. Finally, the paper proposes construction ideas, methods and solutions for Western Logistics Company's information platform as a special example.The paper has constructed an information platform that is provided with function of tracking and inquiring cargo, inventory management, personalized service, customer management and agent management by making full use of computer applications, network security, data communications and other technologies in order to collect, process, organize, store, publish and share logistics information. The information platform maximizes the sharing of information resources of railway logistics enterprises to improve the production efficiency effectively. |
