Analysis Into The Demands And Design Of The Functions For HuaiAn Public Logistics Information Platform

Modern logistics is one of basic industry,efficient logistics information platform comprehensive logistics infrastructure as well as more advanced third-party logistics companies should be regarded as "Troika".So far it has,however,been a lower-level in the whole logistics industry of Huai An;The extent of logistics information is not high.Basically speaking,with regard to the logistics public information platform in HuaiAn,it is still in the period of"isolated island" of logistic information in enterprise-levels,which has hampered the development of local logistics seriously.On the basis of studying related data and information,this paper focuses on the status quo and problems,and have established theoretical mode.Questionnaire was chosen as the mode of researching Huai An Public Logistics Information:Platform. Three methods are used in this research,that is,one-dimensional linear regression, Triple Exponentially Smoothed Average and statistical,algorithms of Growth rate,to forecast the demands of logistics.Having interviews,then demand for the main users of the Huai An public logistics information platform was-figured out.Facing with the fact of large requirements.of information,and the information is not strong targeted,this research put forward a new Classification to Huai An public logistics information platform which integrate the traits of logistics information and the existing classification,namely,logistics information can be divided into sorts.They are job information,tactic-managing information and strategy-managing information. In order to analyze the requirements of information thoroughly,the management analysis method was applied.The extent of requirements ranges from large to small are,as follow,job information,tactic-managing information and strategy-managing information.It lays firm foundation in the respect of designing the function of platform.On the basis of analyzing the requirements,the designed questionnaire was emphasis on job information and paid a lot of attention to the value of commerce.
