Since the Reform and Opening, the urbanization has developted constantly accompanying the rapid development of industry and agriculture. Especially In the 90's 20th century, China' s urbanization has entered a new stage, both the number and size of city have expanded. However, following the process of urbanization it also creats a unique social phenomenon----village in city, which causes a series of problems and contradictions in many aspects such as the economic, social, space, environment, landscape and so on, therefore it becomes a general difficulty that faces the national urban development, so that it has already caused extensive attention of governments and the public. At present, most cities are beginning to quicken their steps of the reconstruction of "village in city". In a word, the reconstruction of "village in city" is of vital importance to urban and rural integration process, improving people's quality of life and enhancing image of cities.The article used the model of"bargains back and forth"to analyze the trading mechanism between government, developers and those who were relocated from game theory angle. Used the model of "prisoner's dilemma" to analyze the typical question-"nail House problem" exposed in the process of reconstruction and propose two sides should cooperate to resolve the problem. Taking Mizhou Street as an example, this article analyzed the reconstruction of "village in city", and analyzed the present situation of Mizhou street's reconstruction, compared specific approaches bitween Mizhou streets and some orther cities, and advanced many reasonable proposals for Zhucheng's reconstruction of "village in city".Zhucheng is located in the center of Qingdao, Weifang, Rizhao city. At present , Zhucheng is accelerating the development of urban economy, to create regional economic and cultural consumption Center. Mizhou Street is the seat of local govement, in the first half year 2008, the town has successfully launched a reconstruction of "village in city".Taking Mizhou Street as an example, this article summarized it specific practices and successful experiences of reconstruction systematically, also it analyzed the problems exposed in the process of reconstruction, and besides, it advanced many reasonable proposals.
