The Study Of The Phenomenon And Countermeasure Of Reconstruction Of Guangzhou Village In The City

Village in the city is a prevailing and special phenomenon in the process of our urbanization. By the speeding of development of city economy and the expanse of city scale, village in the city has formed step by step by the development of city. In the recent years, village in the city problems have become a big and tough issue of government, academic and the villagers of village in the city. And this facilitates some domestic academician and policy research institutes to research village and its problems from different aspects by economics, sociology, city programming. The reconstruction of village in the city is an inevitable course of modernization of one city, a very important task, and our crucial choice to upgrade the urbanization and people's lives. So the study of village in the city in the process of urbanization has important theoretical and realistic meaning.Our study is based on the Guangzhou city. Based on the domestic and foreign research of village in the city, we analyze the cause of formation of village in the city by suburb urbanization theory, city integration theory, resident environment theory, dual-structure theory and sustainable development theory. Contraposing the type and reconstructional situation of Guangzhou village in the city, we probe into the problems and the necessity of the reconstruction of Guangzhou village in the city. Meanwhile we give out some methods and countermeasures of the reconstruction of village in the city. For avoiding new vicious cycle of village in the city, at last this paper give out several countermeasures to restrain the phenomenon.
