Feasibility Study Of Urban Village Reconstruction Project In Hl Community,Qiaoxi District,Xingtai City

Building and perfecting a modern city is the inevitable choice for the rapid development of China’s economy.In the process of urban construction,the reconstruction of urban villages is a unique and inevitable problem in the urbanization construction road in China.Compared with the general real estate project reconstruction,the main body of the urban village reconstruction project is the government at all levels,so the urban village reconstruction projects are often facing more difficulties.Strong high capital requirements,efficient excellent project management requirements,people’s emotions,these are a challenge for governments at all levels,so lead to the construction cycle is quite long,it also leads to the overall rhythm of urbanization construction can not quickly,with the pace of economic development.The feasibility study of urban village reconstruction project has become the key to solve the problems of funds and management of urban village reconstruction project and to resolve the people’s resistance.Based on the feasibility study theory in technical economics,in order to further meet the needs of urban development,solve the current difficulties of urban village residents in life,economy,culture,medical and health care,and use scientific analysis methods to demonstrate the feasibility of urban village reconstruction project.In order to obtain the first-hand data,the author walked into the HL Urban Village reconstruction project of Qiaoxi District of Xingtai City,participated in the whole filing of the project,collected the original data through field visits and questionnaire distribution,reasonably estimated the original data,and comprehensively evaluated the feasibility of the project development.This paper uses the case analysis method,Combined with the overall planning of the urban area of Hebei Province and Xingtai City,To analyze the factors influencing the feasibility of the project,Through the decision-making process of project investment,scheme selection,process arrangement and the influence of various factors on the reconstruction and reconstruction of rural to urban transformation,Combined with the data statistical analysis and comparative analysis,Qualitative and quantitative combination method of project technical evaluation,economic evaluation and environmental evaluation of three aspects of HL urban village reconstruction project feasibility study,The economic evaluation of the project is the focus of this paper,Through the static economic evaluation and dynamic economic evaluation indicators respectively,Conduct an economic evaluation of the profitability of the project.Finally concluded that: HL urban village reconstruction project is necessary for Xingtai urban development and feasible,technically feasible,environment is allowed,economically reasonable and effective,illustrates the implementation of the HL urban village reconstruction project can further promote the urban development of Xingtai,improve the residents’ standard of life.The analysis of this study provides a more detailed reference standard for the feasibility study of HL urban village reconstruction project,and also provides some reference experience for the feasibility study of Xingtai city and other urban village reconstruction projects in Hebei Province.
