With the development of HR Management, staff training and development has become an independent discipline. Human resources play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. Some enterprises have come to the realization that human resources are not only crucial to the survival of enterprises, but crucial to their success. Staff hopes to enhance their professional capacity through training, meanwhile, enterprises are also eager to improve staff's capacity to better serve the enterprises and create more value. People are forced by the reality that he who does not proceed will lose competitive edge. Therefore, the continual investment in human resources, the enhancement of training for staff and the sustained appreciation of manpower will help reach the goal of improving operation performances and realizing strategic planning for enterprises. As a result, enterprises must consider continual HR training a vital means of maintaining their competitiveness, placing high emphasis on staff training and development.The competition between banks has become the competition among manpower capital, due to the convergence of business and technology in banking sector. Objectively, bank A requires more of their human resource quality in an objective sense. This thesis uses the relative concepts of company training as a point of penetration. Firstly it talks about the training methods of the modern company, and reviews the theories of training in retrospect. Secondly it analyses the organization structure, the situation of human resource, the present situation of the training work and existing problems of bank A through questionnaire survey, interview and material analysis. Based on this, by virtue of theories of training and development, it works out the process of the training system of bank A by combining theories and practice, and subtilizes and designs a new training system for employees by ascertaining the requirement of the training, making a training plan and putting it into practice, and assessing the effect of the training and etc..This paper expects to provide significant and helpful advice for Bank A's staff training through the new training systems with the aim to strengthen A's core competitiveness and the common development of enterprises and staff.
